Shatell Coleman is the Customer Service Representative for the Council on Teacher Education -responsible for processing candidacy applications, advising, and providing general informational to all student inquiries. Shatell has worked over 19 years in various positions at the University of Illinois at Chicago and received her BA in English and M.Ed. in Youth Development from UIC. She is passionate about her position and enjoys connecting with and being a source of information for students.
